Veganuary

My friend gave me this fun coffee cup for my birthday. A little tongue in cheek and true, but for a reason. In a meat crazy world it is kind of impossible to not have to explain to people every five minutes that you don't consume any animal protein. It is South Africa after all. You kind need to let people know when you are invited for a braai. And then when they know you are vegan (technically I am whole foods plant-based but let's keep it simple - sort off) you have to deal with expert nutritional advise from everyone.

Anyway it is Veganuary after all so I created this photo.
